How do I enrol at NKC Gravesend College?

During the main enrolment period (late August to early September), you will complete a series of steps to officially join NKC Gravesend College.

What happens during enrolment at NKC Gravesend College?

  1. Meet your tutor and classmates: You will meet your tutor and other students on your course. Based on your GCSE results, we will confirm that you are enrolled on the right level. You will also receive your timetable and have the opportunity to ask any questions.
  1. Complete your enrolment: You will fill in enrolment forms and receive important information, including term dates.
  1. Student record setup: Your details will be added to the NKC Gravesend College student system.
  1. Pay any course fees:  If your course has fees, these will need to be paid at enrolment. If you require financial support, you should complete a Student Financial Support application before enrolment.
  1. Receive your student ID card: You will have your photo taken for your college ID card. This card is used for access to buildings, learning resources, and printing facilities, and must be carried at all times.
  1. Share important support information: You will be asked to provide details about any health needs or previous exam support, so we can ensure the right support is in place.

Once you have completed enrolment, you will officially be a student at NKC Gravesend College! Welcome, and we look forward to seeing you at the start of term.
